More than a century of knowledge has been cultivated through an intimate relationship with coffee and the land. At Ojiazul, that inheritance becomes a starting point for something new -where experience meets curiosity, careful experimentation, and the possibility of what coffee can become next.
And the name? It began with a pair of blue eyes.
